2019
Years ago, I was the “successful on paper” woman who was secretly depressed, anxious, and living in victim-mode.Â

I wasn’t being the friend, partner, family member, or person I wanted to be. I was massively insecure, constantly comparing myself to others, experiencing crazy imposter syndrome, and felt like a victim in life.

Finding myself at rock bottom, I started seeking tools to get through it - I found books and podcasts that introduced me to personal development through mindset work, manifestation, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation. It became my lifeline, and once I started taking radical responsibility for my thoughts, beliefs, and habits...
2020-2022
I began healing emotionally and actually embodying the woman I wanted to be.Â
I manifested meeting my soulmate, the dream job, the car, the apartment, the travels, all of it. And in the process, I discovered my soul’s pull to help other women step into their potential.

2022-2025
So all while working full-time - every spare minute I had I invested in coaching, mentorship, yoga instructor training, and building my business behind the scenes - plotting and scheming my way into the life I knew I was meant for.

But eventually, the burnout hit. Hard.
I would go to bed feeling wired, wake up every day exhausted. I was overstimulated, irritable, and overwhelmed by every task. Morale was low and my capacity for pursuing my passion was getting even lower by the day. And that's when it clicked:
you can’t create your best life from a dysregulated state.
I used my years of experience in mindset work, neuroscience tools, and nervous system regulation to rebuild my system from the inside out.
